Having done a Yoga teacher training for children with Shawnee Thornton, Asanas for Autism and Children with special needs, was one of the best choices I made. Shawnee has so much background and practice in the field for almost 30 years. I’ve learned medical background about children with special needs and neurodiv. I learned about the regulation of the nervous system in addition and a practice tailored for children with special needs. But. ot only. The way the course was given, with so much empathy, and compassion, the course is also a foundation to a yogic practice in general. I apply what I learned with a children’s class, and already got positive feedback. And I feel blessed having the baggage to be able to led an inclusive class. I would recommend it to social workers, teachers, and also people aiming for a children yoga teacher training because more and more are we aiming for inclusion in society. Merci 🙏�� Full Review
