The quality of the yoga classes is ensured by a highly trained team of teachers.

Since December 2007, we work in our training sessions and workshops under the aspect of a powerful hatha yoga practice and the principles of the Yoga Sutras. In our studio we offer mainly hatha yoga, pre- amd postnatal yoga, Anusara, Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga and Ayurveda.

Anusara Yoga
The word Anusara means "flowing with grace". Anusara Yoga is a powerful form of Hatha yoga, which closely follows the Tantric philosophy. This style also closely observes the anatomical positions of the asanas. The exercises are precisely guided and are easy to execute, the pace is moderate. Basic knowledge is recommended.

Ashtanga Yoga
We teach this yoga style in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. All his life he taught exactly what he has learned from his Guru Sri T. Krishnamacharya. In 1927 he met his teacher and studied with him for more than 25 years the Ashtanga Yoga. As Krishnamacharya left Mysore, he then handed this to his eldest student, Pattabhi Jois.

Jivamukti Yoga
The word Jivamukti is composed of Jiva, the soul and mukti, liberation. The liberation of the soul is sought. The Jivamukti Yoga method, a dynamic form of Hatha Yoga, has been developed in the 1980s by two Americans Sharon Gannon and David Life (Madonna's teacher) in New York. Jivamukti Yoga is a challenging form of Vinyasa Yoga. Fortifying asanas are practiced mostly with music, singing mantras and meditating together.

Exceptional Yoga School I recently had the privilege of attending a yoga school that left a lasting impression on me. The experience was so enlightening that I feel compelled to share my thoughts in this review. This yoga school is nothing short of exceptional, and here's why: Highly Professional Approach: One of the standout features of this yoga school is its unwavering commitment to professionalism. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the instructors were dedicated to their craft. They exuded a sense of calm and competence that immediately put me at ease. Empowering Students: The instructors at this school are not just there to teach yoga; they are there to empower their students. They go above and beyond to help each individual get the most out of their practice. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the teachers make it their mission to challenge you appropriately, ensuring continuous growth and improvement. Effective Communication: The clarity with which the instructors convey the teachings of yoga is truly commendable. Complex concepts are broken down into easily understandable bits of wisdom, making it accessible to all. They have a gift for explaining not only the physical aspects of yoga but also its philosophical underpinnings, enriching the practice on a deeper level. Mastery of Asanas: The focus on correct asana execution is at the heart of this yoga school. The instructors are meticulous in guiding students through postures, emphasizing proper alignment, breath control, and mindfulness. This attention to detail is instrumental in preventing injuries and enhancing the benefits of each asana. Hands-On Corrections: Another aspect that sets this yoga school apart is their hands-on approach to corrections. The instructors are not hesitant to gently adjust your alignment or posture during class. These corrections are always done with care and respect, and they greatly contribute to the students' understanding and progression in their practice. Professionalism in Teaching: Besides teaching yoga postures, this school also emphasizes the art of teaching itself. They provide guidance on how to be a professional yoga teacher, teaching not only the physical practice but also the interpersonal skills necessary to effectively share yoga's teachings with others. This holistic approach prepares their students to become well-rounded yoga instructors. In conclusion, this yoga school stands out as a paragon of professionalism and excellence in yoga education. The instructors' dedication to their students' growth, clear communication, and meticulous focus on correct asana execution make it a haven for yoga enthusiasts. If you're looking for a yoga school that will not only improve your practice but also equip you to become a professional and knowledgeable yoga teacher, look no further. This school is a true gem in the world of yoga education. Full Review
