The Sonia Sumar Method - Yoga for all Abilities®, LLC is a comprehensive Program of Yoga techniques designed to enhance the natural development of children and adults with disabilities. Our style of Yoga is gentle and beneficial - safe for babies, toddlers, children, teens and adults with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Microcephaly, Autism and other developmental disabilities. These methods also provide an effective help for children with Attention Deficit Disorder, ADHD and Learning Disabilities.

Courses are taught by internationally renowned Yoga Teacher and author Sonia Sumar, whose innovative teaching methods have been improving the lives of children with special needs for over 50 years.

Sonia Sumar is an amazingly transformative teacher. She really walks to talk and teaches true to traditional yoga informed by modern science and medicine. Full Review
