I had an AMAZING experience and love creating more of a friendship than a classmate relationship with all. Loved Chantal’s way of instructing, and creating a bonded kula/community! Will be in touch for sure and cannot thank you enough for giving me this opportunity to teach yoga! Namaste/thank you! Deep gratitude! Full Review

VSOHA is a wonderful academic institution in the field of yoga and the healing arts, with a hand-picked selection of some of the finest teachers who are deeply committed to their students as well as to the lineage and practice of yoga. The curriculum is expansive while being rigorous, and the exposure in this program is unparalleled - spanning history and philosophy, teaching methodology, in-depth anatomy and physiology, (including modern advances in fascia, respiratory science and nervous system research), Ayurveda, the energy body, and so much more. Throughout the program we had the opportunity to interact with and learn from over 7-8 prolific yoga teachers, each with unique perspectives and insights that have fed into our own perspectives and practices!
