Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Program is realistic and applicable. Good and convenient facilities. I am definitely looking for a suitable time to finish the Advanced Yoga Therapy program.

I was humbled learning about Yoga Therapy Program at VSOHA. They are very good in teaching Anatomy (a subject i feared in the past but no more) . Chlesea, Rebekka , Julia, Nichole , Cheryl (the entire faculty) are really experts in what they teach and approachable enough to mentor a student when needed. I loved every bit of my program their. I am happy to have them in my city which I chose to be home as an immigrant. I am definitely considering completing my advanced yoga therapy program with VSOHA and get certified. I highly recommend this school to someone who wants to pursue Yoga Therapy.

VSOHA provided a transformative and authentic yoga teacher training experience. Practical and hands on teaching experience made me feel confident in my education and teaching abilities. It was so much more than just teacher training, it was the start of a life long journey.

The program was quite wonderful. It covered many aspects of yoga from history, physiology, pranayama and asana practices. It actually was a 240 enriched program which also covered yoga for disabled people and seniors, restorative yoga, anatomy, and yoga for pregnant and post partum women. My only feedback would be to improve the parking situation or lack of (there is a lot of car theft in the area) and to provide more feedback on exams and practicums. Also, the elevator was constantly breaking down posing a risk to students. I often did not leave the building during break time worrying I may not get back in or might get trapped in the elevator. On the whole, the teachers were a joy and taught me so many valuable techniques and skills that I may carry forward in my own yoga journey. It was well worth it!

It was a fantastic program that was well thought out and included multiple different aspects and perspectives. It developed my skills and knowledge not only in my own personal practice of yoga, but also for future teaching. I am grateful to the school and the wonderful staff who give their time to the program and it's students. If I was to go to school for yoga again in Canada, it would be here.
