Paul Dallaghan, Centered Yoga’s founder and lead teacher, has spent over 20 years one-on-one with noted yogi Sri O.P. Tiwari, master of pranayama and head of the oldest yoga institute, Kaivalyadham. He also reached the most advanced asana level with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the late master of ashtanga vinyasa yoga. Both of these great teachers personally certified Paul in these practices, a unique position as the only one to receive this double honor. Paul is also completing a full-time PhD from Emory University, USA, applying the yoga practices to scientific research.
