After competing in sports at a national level, I began practicing yoga in 2003 and have been teaching for over 10 years. I hold a degree in Sport Science and teach Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga and biomechanics for asana in teacher trainings, advanced trainings, conferences and workshops in Asia and North America.
My teaching is heavily influenced by my education and study in human movement, my personal practice and what my teachers have taught me. My main teachers are Paul Dallaghan (Koh Samui, Thailand) and R. Sharath Jois (Mysore, India) in the Ashtanga Tradition.
Having experienced the benefits of regular practice through my twin pregnancy and postpartum period, I was inspired to create a Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training Program, which I now offer.
I am from Canada, but currently blessed with the opportunity to teach and live in Thailand
