Sabah Lily Yoga Centre 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training program exceeded my expectations. It not only provided me with the knowledge and skills to become a confident yoga teacher but also deepened my personal practice. The instructors’ expertise and dedication made it an enriching journey of self discovery and growth. The program’s emphasis on alignment, philosophy, anatomy and teaching Asanas was outstanding. I appreciate the attention to detail in every aspect of the training, from the asanas to pranayama, meditation, philosophy and anatomy. The practical teaching experience and feedback that were given by the teacher are invaluable in building my confidence as a future yoga teacher. Teacher Lily is a experience, caring and knowledgeable. Always maintain a clean, comfortable and tidy room with all the yoga tools available being well maintained. There is green grass outside the yoga room. Very healing place with a marvellous teacher and mentor. Full Review
