Our RYT200 240-hour TANTRA YOGA Teacher Training is a comprehensive and inspirational program that will transform your practice and deepen your understanding of Tantra and Yoga.

Cornerstones of our teachings are energy and awareness-based Hatha-Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, safe space for Sacred Ritual Elements from the Tantric Traditions, as well as awareness and heart-centered Meditation Practice.

We aspire to synchronize body, mind, and heart towards an embodied present-moment awareness. We highly value deep self-experience, as well as a rational understanding of the underlying philosophy. That is why our TANTRA YOGA TTC is designed around a healthy balance of deep practice and solid theory.

While honoring Yoga’s historical background, we approach Tantra Yoga as a modern and holistic practice, providing you with a potent blend of Eastern tradition and Western science. In our intense on-site training, you will gain a deep understanding of Tantra in its many aspects and how well it integrates with Yoga through an exploration of Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Tantric Ritual Practice, Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology, Philosophy and Meditation.

The 240-hour program is suitable for aspiring teachers, as well as for curious practitioners who wish to bring their practice and experiential understanding to the next level in a beautiful and supportive retreat environment. After successful completion of the course, you will be able to hold quality, cohesive Tantra Yoga classes along with transformative Ritual Space Events - for yourself as well as for 1on1 and group settings.
