Glad that I have made a correct choice of school. All teachers in One Yoga are very experienced. They could always provide helpful and practical advice and instructions to help us pass hurdles in our learning and practice. The programme is well structured. We have printed materials, pre-recorded videos and F2F in studio classes which provide flexibility for us to finish the course at our own pace while on the other hand give us opportunities to raise questions in class. Besides, I am happy that I have met a group of new friends in the course. We supported each other and took photos for each other. We had a lot of fun and joyful times during the course. And we still stay in touch with each other. I would highly recommend One Yoga to anyone who is interested in being a yoga teacher or would like to set a goal and challenge for himself/herself.
