As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.
Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

Glad that I have made a correct choice of school. All teachers in One Yoga are very experienced. They could always provide helpful and practical advice and instructions to help us pass hurdles in our learning and practice. The programme is well structured. We have printed materials, pre-recorded videos and F2F in studio classes which provide flexibility for us to finish the course at our own pace while on the other hand give us opportunities to raise questions in class. Besides, I am happy that I have met a group of new friends in the course. We supported each other and took photos for each other. We had a lot of fun and joyful times during the course. And we still stay in touch with each other. I would highly recommend One Yoga to anyone who is interested in being a yoga teacher or would like to set a goal and challenge for himself/herself. The teacher's lectures are jam-packed with tons of useful information, and there are excellent handouts to review. The explanation of the asanas is also very clear and easy to understand.
