Teaching yoga is a flexible, rewarding career and can be a lucrative way to support your art, education or whatever your personal endeavors are.

The benefits you receive from this training will transcend beyond our classroom and into the rest of your life. Whether you go on to teach thousands of classes, help a loved one manage sciatica or use this training to deepen your own practice, you will have a skill “in your back pocket” to draw on and the foundation for promoting life-long health and well-being.

Our endeavor is to spread the practice of yoga to varied communities. To that end, we offer our training at a comparatively low cost. Our mission: train highly qualified teachers and give them the necessary skills to create viable yoga communities at a reasonable price.

I recently completed my yoga training at TYS and it was an incredible experience. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and passionate about yoga, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for learning. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. The facilities were top-notch, providing a serene atmosphere conducive to practice.
