About True North Vinyasa

True North Vinyasa was founded in 2017, and ever since 2018 we have been offering high quality, small group foundational trainings in the art and craft of teaching vinyasa flow.  Our students come to Portugal from all over the world, most on personal recommendations...

True North Vinyasa was founded in 2017, and ever since 2018 we have been offering high quality, small group foundational trainings in the art and craft of teaching vinyasa flow. 

Our students come to Portugal from all over the world, most on personal recommendations from former trainees. We currently offer one training per year, in immersive experience in a beautiful setting and with incredible food. This means you can focus on all things yoga and leave the world behind for just a little while. It also means as a lead teacher, myself and my team give this training all we've got during the 3 intensive weeks we have together.

We don't follow a lineage but instead encourage you to be authentically you, to be a critical thinker and to learn how to craft your own sequences and classes. This is a sustainable model and has helped our trainees to begin teaching and building their brand and business with confidence.
