Work Exchange Programs

We offer up to 30 hours of work/exchange at the Studio in exchange for $500 of your program tuition. Work includes front desk duties before and after regularly scheduled classes, assisting Studio Coordinator with studio maintenance, and some marketing projects.

The yoga teacher training program at Yoga Off East was, for me, nothing short of transformative. The curriculum had depth and weight. The faculty offered such thoughtful care and skill. I left the program as a well-educated student on the history and many modern expressions of yoga and as someone who learned the art of self-leadership empowered with the skills and confidence to lead others in the gift of yoga. If anyone in the greater North Carolina Triangle area asked me about the best place to receive yoga training, I'd send them one place: Yoga Off East. Full Review
