The YogaMedCo Method is an evidence-informed approach to bringing the practices of yoga, lifestyle medicine, and coaching together. Learn how you can support one-on-one clients, studio classes and colleagues in our 50, 200, and 300 hour programs:
* Yoga Coach (50 hours) - learn how to coach colleagues in the workplace to balance work and life.
* Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) - learn how to teach yoga classes in a studio, gym, or community setting.
* Yoga Personal Trainer (RYT 500) - learn how to develop a customized one-on-one yoga and lifestyle medicine program (on and off the mat) for clients with chronic health concerns
All of our programs are online, with opportunities to connect in person (optional).
