We specialise in teaching Yin Yoga workshops & our 200hour Yin Yoga & Anatomy Teacher Training programme offered in 4 x 50hour modules internationally in both Europe and Australasia in German and English languages.

Our Yin Yoga courses take in the vast and varied experience of our German lead teacher Markus Henning Giess with his rich background firstly as a professional dancer and performer, presenter, traditional Thai masseur, Reiki Master, mediation and yoga.  He has over 20 years of teaching experience in dance, Thai massage, Reiki, meditation & yoga. His New Zealand partner and co-teacher, Karin Michelle Sang was also a professional dancer and performer for 16 years in Europe and has many years of teaching dance and yoga internationally.

The anatomy portion of our training programme was created for all yoga teachers, be it Yin Yoga or any other form of Hatha Yoga. It picks up where most 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training programmes leave off - addressing anatomy from the perspective of understanding the limitations of individual bodies, individual bone structure. We give you the tools to create individual, tailor made asana practice for each and everyone of your students  - a subject dear to our hearts and what we consider vital knowledge for every yoga teacher to teach and assist safely and logically.

Our courses are known for being undogmatic, stimulating, and educational and at the same time making yoga anatomy highly entertaining.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
