At Madhuri Smile, we focus on each person, keeping classes small and making sure everyone feels at home and comfortable.  With five instructors, we teach a variety of classes suited to your experience and level, from beginning stretches to more intense classes for those who want to challenge themselves.  Our main instructor was trained in Sivananda Yoga, and teaches both its inner and physical elements.  Madhuri Smile Yoga School is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
