Akirayoga has over 3000 hours of Teacher Training, & 22 years of Teaching experience. Working alongside Yoga Dunia Teacher Training School in Nusa Lembongan, to offer you Yoga Teacher Training of the highest standards.

Akirayoga personal journey includes a background in psychology, & incorporates influences from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Forest yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Functional yoga, Restorative yoga, Trauma yoga, Yin yoga & Chinese Medicine principles.

Inviting you to embrace both strength & power within the yang practice compared to the submissive grace & surrender available within the Yin practice & learning to fully integrate both of these styles.

Using the whole body functionally, & acquiring sustainability by using the breath, whilst also embarking on the inward reflective more passive journey of effort & surrender within the Yin practice. Evoke & enjoy the beautiful transitions between these two extremes.

Yoga Dunia Teacher Training School is just minutes from the beach, & together we offer an inclusive learning environment, that is informative, insightful & embodies vital theoretical concepts within the physical practices. In addition to holding a passion for functional anatomy, pranayama, chanting & meditation. 

Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Training 55 & 100 hour YIN YOGA/CHINESE MEDICINE teacher trainings, & 200 hour VINYASA & YIN YOGA/CHINESE MEDICINE teacher trainings, on the idyllic island of Nusa Lembongan, a short boat ride from Sanur, Bali.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.
