AIReal Yoga (aerial yoga) is yoga using a hammock as a yoga prop to support ones yoga practice and make yoga accessible for everybody. The hammock is a prop that can deepen stretches, assist in alignment and safely invert without compressing the spine.  Our teacher trainings combine the principles of yoga and the foundation of Hatha yoga with the use of the aerial hammock as a tool in ones yoga practice.  We offer a 200 hour and 300 hour yoga alliance recognized teacher training, along with a 50 hour for already accredited yoga teachers that counts towards continued education.  Once certified we have continued education immersions offering a deeper focus in topics like restorative, assisting, anatomy, inversions, handstands, and prenatal.

Learn to teach Hatha yoga and Aerial yoga.

We offer online aerial yoga classes and teacher trainings.

The AiReal Yoga training center is located inside The Aerial Studio and also offers Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga and dance in the Om studio and aerial arts and fitness in the AiR studio.  The Aerial Studio is one of the finest in the country offering professional rigging and certified teachers!

We also sell hammocks, gear, free standing rigs and do studio installations.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
