Let It Go Yoga

Santa Barbara’s first yoga studio.
Since 1986 Let It Go has been committed to bringing the extraordinary benefits of yoga to people of all levels of ability. We offer ongoing Weekly Yoga Classes serving the Santa Barbara and Goleta community. We offer Certified Yoga Teacher Training with graduates from all around the world. Our teachers and our Teachers Training are nationally registered with the Yoga Alliance.

We are very happy to announce that our Let It Go Yoga Certified Teachers Training has partnered with the American Council of Exercise ACE. Our 30 hour courses will give 3.0 credits of continuing education (CEC) to personal trainers, group fitness instructors and other fitness professionals.

We have an eclectic approach teaching many styles of yoga and meditation. Choose from strength building Hatha Yoga and Flow Yoga classes to meditative and relaxing Let It Go Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

Our daily yoga classes offer yoga styles that fit your personal needs. Are you looking for specific yoga results? As many reasons as there are for beginning yoga there are styles for reaching your goals. Many people find their way to yoga exercises looking for yoga for flexibility. Others find that yoga and meditation can benefit their health and stress levels. Yoga for weight loss is a proven tool to become more relaxed and conscious of eating habits. Yoga is known for for pain relief. Many people have found yoga to give natural pain relief for lower back pain, chronic neck pain, hip pain and sciatica.

All styles of yoga are fun and challenging and you can find a style that suits your individual needs. Your yoga practice needs to be as different as you are and benefit you as an individual, taking into consideration your unique reason for practicing yoga.

Our yoga studio is a small and friendly environment where we can give individualized attention to each student. Classes are limited to 8. Before visiting our studio it is best to give us a call at 805-685-8079 for more information on determining the right yoga class for you.

Whether you have never done yoga before or are a seasoned yoga practitioner, owners Sue Anne and Jim Parsons invite you to visit Let It Go Yoga in our home yoga studio.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
