The RAMAYOGA center was inspired by the vibration of the RAMA sound, the integration of two forces: the SUN (strong, bright and warm energy that energizes and purifies) and the MOON (the quality of reception, freshness and nourishment).

RA is the real masculine syllable in Nature that acts on the sympathetic nervous system, the AURA and the physical body. RA also represents the Divine and the Universal Soul.

MA invokes Maternal energy and it is the feminine sound of the protective force of Nature that produces calming effects. MA also represents the individual soul, the Jiva.

Our passion for yoga together with the strong belief in its power and technologies of healing and transformation for the spirit, mind and body, led us to create the RAMAYOGA center.

Our mission is to serve students by providing the best yoga experience possible by balancing authentic, ancient, powerful yoga practices with our Western lifestyle.

Yoga is the tool of one's inner personal journey and transformation. Yoga leads you to find balance, both on and off the mat. Happiness, harmony, peace and calm already have a place within us.

A yoga practice stretches and strengthens our body, teaches us to move and mentally connect to our breath, and this leads us to be aware and present in our daily tasks. It teaches the freedom to stand still and connect. It teaches us to honor our true authentic selves and to accept our limitations.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
