YogaSource (Linda, Erin, Jenn) They have changed my life. I took my 200 hour training in the beginning of 2008, at the time I was a full time orthodontic assistant and starving for some growth. Since then I've managed to leave my dental career and move forward with my teachings. This year I will be co teaching my first ever 200 hour teaching at YogaSource. I am so grateful for the tools I've been given, for the heart that all my teachers have shared and look forward to my future with the YogaSource community!

This one of the best experiences. The quality of the instructors and guest instructors was above par. Anytime I had question there was someone that was able to answer and help me figure out what I needed to do. I left prepared for being in the business of yoga. I started teaching private lessons and am now teaching in a class setting.

YogaSource's teacher training program enables students to learn from excellent teachers in a great environment. Linda is the owner and personally leads teacher training. And she is amazing. Her intelligence and knowledge is already impressive. Yet Linda's secret sauce is her delivery. She internalizes and embodies the teachings, so you can learn by just being in the same room. She is so encouraging. And she's funny. It's important. Laughter and smiles make it a much more enjoyable experience. The best attract the best. As such, her teacher training staff is very strong and wonderful. I just started to look around for teaching opportunities, and the YogaSource stamp of approval helps get my foot in the door. And once in, I find that I am well-prepared to audition and join sub lists at established yoga studios. If you're considering teacher training, consider learning from the best while having a blast. Consider YogaSource.

I was thrilled and amazed by my progression in this program, from teaching a single pose on day one to a full class just seven days later. The breadth and depth of the materials covered in training was fantastic, and perfectly complemented by the knowledge and passion of the teaching staff. Working with other members of my training class was the best way to get a handle on individual anatomy and adjustments to prepare for teaching outside a training setting. The additional recommended readings that were suggested are great resources and references as I continue my journey of gaining knowledge and continuing to teach.

The training at Yoga Source has immensely changed my teaching practice to such a great quality experience. I would have to say they did an amazing job in boosting up my confidence level and teaching me how to build sequences, how to modify poses and how best to teach a class that is more adaptable to the students. I have been following their guidance and the kudos that I get after my class shows me how well they have trained me. I have already recommended their training to a bunch of my students who would like to progress in the yoga teaching journey. I cannot stop touting about YogaSource...they are just amazing , amazing, amazing. Their standards are really high and the bar is well raised now and I can see it go higher and higher! Thanks so much to all my teachers at Yoga Source - my role models.

This was a very thorough, super educational, in-depth and fun teacher training experience. I felt the lead instructor, Linda McGrath, put together a wonderful curriculum that not only covered yoga philosophy, anatomy, movement of the body, but also a student-friendly useful model for sequencing a class intelligently. I think the modular approach she shares with her students makes creating a safe, challenging and fun class approachable by every student. The program even covered how to choose and organize music to accompany your classes. The icing on the cake is LInda's connections to very well-regarded teachers and having each "Master Teacher" come teach us students and then spend an hour with us discussing his/her respective styles and approaches. This program has it all for everyone at all levels of their practice!

Yoga Source Los Gatos is one of the best Studios I have attended. Very competent teachers, extremely big selection of teachers and the studio is big and clean. In the program we had the opportunity to learn/practice with many well known instructors that Linda McGrath the owner and lead instructor had invited so they can share their yoga journeys with us beginner teachers. It was a wonderful experience.

The 500 YogaSource Teacher Training not only met but exceeded all of my expectations. The way the program is structured we were able to choose our modules and create an experience that addressed the key areas a well rounded teacher training should, while tailoring it to our focus/specific interests. Having the opportunity to learn from truly world class instructors has enriched my personal practice and my teaching immeasurably. Linda McGrath has created a very special program that I feel so fortunate to have been a part of.

I have been teaching since graduating the Yoga Source teacher training and I have been very happy with how the program prepared me to transition from student to teacher. For me the program had the right blend of philosophy, anatomy, practical guidance and hands-on teaching practice to equip me to be successful as a teacher as soon as I graduated. The training staff are excellent, and we had exceptional guest teachers. The location and facilities are beautiful and conducive to a fulfilling learning experience. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone wishing to train to become a yoga teacher.

I love the module format that YogaSource uses for its 300-hour training. I've been teaching almost a decade, and being able to choose modules that were relevant to my own growth as a teacher was much more useful than following a structured format that may or may not have applied to my own needs. I loved getting to practice with and learn from a variety of teachers in a variety of different areas. A wonderful experience! Full Review
