YOGADEN Soul School understands each individual absorb this ancient to their own uniqueness. Wether you practice yoga and want to deepen your knowledge or are inspired to take a yoga teacher training and share these ancient teachings to your community. Our school will give you the tools needed. Leeza was thought to assist and practice teach in her first yoga teacher training 3 decades ago, and each training after that. Although it sounds "old school", the opportunity to have a forum in which to practice teach, assist, adjust, self realize first hand how unique each individual is, and to be challenged by the amazing use of yoga props, will help you share the magic in your community.
With our 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Alliance-approved Training Program you will learn the anatomy of some of the most commonly used yoga postures, the holistic healing benefits of each posture, pranayama (breath control) techniques to calm your mind and lower blood pressure, kriya (cleansing) yoga, and ayurveda, the Science of Life, 10,000 thousand-year-old system to increase or restore general health and holistic wellbeing. You will also experience yoga practices from many different traditions including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, Vinyasa. You will be taught safe and effective hands-on adjustments, as well as how to develop, sequence, and instruct a yoga class. Learn about the yamas (restraints) and niyamas (observances) and how to apply them to your practice and your life. You will experience a Puja, Oma, and Kirtan.  For all teacher training information please email yogadenhs@gmail.com

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
