With a dedicated focus on authenticity, NIYA provides YTTC certification by Yoga Alliance so that you can learn, teach and spread true yoga around the world.

Our 200-hour Yoga TTC, and 240-hour comprehensive Yoga and Ayurveda TTC, have been designed to give students a thorough understanding of proper Yog principles, philosophy, and techniques. In addition to gaining extensive knowledge of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga, these courses are a transformational experience for all who are passionate about learning authentic Ayurvedic and Yogic practices. In addition to providing our students with the knowledge needed to become competent instructors, our courses include a teaching practicum and teaching methodology lessons to aid our students in transforming their self-practice into a display of their mastery.

Healthy Sattvic meals, invigorating meditation sessions, pranayama and mantra chanting, are just a few of the highlights from the daily regimen of our programs. We also offer additional lectures and experiences in Indian culture and traditions.

Why Choose Rural India for your TTC?

Practicing Yoga deep within the thriving farmlands of Northern India is the best option for those who want their personal growth to occur alongside Nature. This blossoming setting allows for our students to sync themselves to the rhythms of the natural world for a deeper connect with the inner and most natural self; this then allows for wellness, personal growth, and happiness to re-emerge.

Unlike any other, the Namaste Institute of Yog and Ayurveda offers an environment in which both humans and Nature can thrive off one another – because when one combines yoga with rural life activities, a truly remarkable experience emerges, allowing one to not only take from but give back to the natural world which protects us.

Reviews

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.
