We offer classes for every body, including pregnancy, mommy and me, children's, teens, all levels of alignment oriented yoga, gentle and chair yoga. Pilates and meditation are also offer here. Our RYT200 program has a 10 year proven track record and focuses on developing the person as well as the teacher. For advanced training our RYT300 program is designed to refine the teaching skills and deepen the knowledge and experience base of our teachers with a warm and community oriented style.
