Satya Meditation and Yoga School believes in maintaining the authenticity and sacredness of mediation and yoga in its traditional form.  Satya Meditation and Yoga School  offers comprehensive programs and trainings, hosted by highly experienced, passionate and caring teachers.  Our courses are practical, in-depth, and transformative.  Satya Meditation and Yoga School  seeks to empower its students with the tools needed to embark on a lifelong spiritual journey and quest.  We are an alignment-based yoga school with roots in Buddhist Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga.  

Satya Meditation and Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete a training with this school are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

Satya Meditation and Yoga School is formerly known as Mindful Cleveland School of Meditation and Yoga.

As part of the Yoga Alliance Social Credentialing system, teachers that register with Yoga Alliance must submit a review of the RYS training program they completed.

Feedback from trainees provides Registered Yoga Schools with the opportunity to understand their trainees’ experiences in order to continually improve their trainings.

By choosing to display comments, schools enable trainees to provide insight into a school’s culture and training which helps potential trainees choose the right teacher training for their individual path with yoga.

the studio cleveland is a beautiful space that allowed me to deepen my spiritual practice and my yoga practice. i got amazing experience during my first few years of yoga. with the amazing, kind community of people at the studio and the energy the space, it is a part of my life i will never forget! forever grateful for all the time i spent at the studio! Satya Meditation and Yoga School builds a beautiful community where you are encouraged to learn about ALL the aspects of yoga. I would take this training over a million times and still discover something new each round. If you are looking for a holistic learning experience, this is the school for you. Full Review
