Wisdom Flow Yoga teacher trainings are fun and effective. Students begin developing their teaching voice on day one and continue to speak from the seat of the teacher everyday of the training. Alignment Principles and Philosophical Concepts are presented in clear, simple systematic lessons with demonstrations, anatomy models, visual aids, and practical exercises. All of this is done in an atmosphere of loving support and encouragement. The intelligent thoughtful organization of these trainings will prepare you to teach with confidence and joy.
Wisdom Flow Yoga is based on the alignment principles of the original Anusara Yoga. Based on the divine perfection of nature's design we look for ways to reveal and and flow with this wisdom on deeper and deeper levels. We do this to increase well being, joy, and connection within and around us. Seeing life as a wave-like dance, Wisdom Flow Yoga adds the feminine flow of graceful transitions and flowing vinyasa to compliment the masculine principles of optimal alignment and core strength. All done with relaxed playfulness! Joy is the way! The Yoga Sutras, Abraham Hicks, Ramtha and many other teachers remind us that reality is not coming at us… Reality is coming from us. We are co-creating our life experience with our divine Source. And together we (the human family) are co-creating the expansion of light and love through the cosmos. Our thoughts, visions and our feelings about them create an attractive magnetism that draws people and events to us that match our vibration. As we think/feel, so shall we be. And we are always free to choose our thoughts and therefore direct our energy. This is why the Yoga Sutras encourage us to know our minds well and use them deliberately to create good. When we approach life with joyful willingness to see the good and be the good… our attitude keeps us non-resistant and moving with and trusting the flow of Source. In this connected ease-full flow we receive and give joy and betterment effortlessly. Joseph Campbell described the true spiritual path when he said, “Follow your Bliss”. The journey is the gift and the ride is meant to be sweet.
