Absolutely amazing course which I cannot recommend highly enough. The reading material and course handbook are things I will keep to refer to as I continue teaching.

About Beverley Nolan

I have been a yoga practitioner and teacher for more than 35 years, originally in the Iyengar tradition and then influenced by the world of somatics and Authentic Movement.

I draw on the principles of IBMT and BodyMind Centering® and the Feldenkrais® approach to intelligent movement, so always expect attention to detail and a slow mindful approach to moving through your practice with me. I am registered also at RSME/T.

I am the Founder and Director of Studies at Barefoot Body Training. Collaborating with experienced and inspiring colleagues, I have curated a programme of yoga trainings for new and experienced teachers. We offer a somatic approach to practice and teaching that is trauma-informed and inspired by accessibility and inclusion with professional ethics at the heart of all that we do.
