Michelle, E-RYT500 and RPYT has spent the last 20 years exploring several styles of Hatha Yoga in depth: Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Yogaworks, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara. In 2002 she met Ana Forrest and was inspired by her style enough to fulfill the rigorous requirements to become a Certified Forrest Yoga Teacher. She was recently invited by Ana Forrest to become a Guardian in Training, one of a select group of senior teachers who have pledged to carry the Forrest Yoga teachings into the future.
Her Sensual Yoga classes, a fusion of dance, sensual movement and yoga, receive accolades from women of all ages.
Michelle brings to any training her fiercely curious, kind heart and her prowess as a hands on energy worker. It is one of her life’s passions to train yoga teachers, and she has thousands of hours of experience doing so as both Assistant and Lead Teacher Trainer. Her thoughtfulness and humor provide a profound playground for her trainees to integrate new pathways of learning, personal growth.
