Katie Browne has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has accumulated more than 10 years of teaching experience. Her diverse background with Hatha Yoga includes traditions of Sivananda, Kripalu, and Iyengar. In 2003, she began practicing her main tradition of Bikram Yoga. Shortly after, she received training in the vinyasa and yin styles of Hatha Yoga. Her teaching style integrates physical alignment with mindfulness meditation and esoteric yogic philosophy.
Katie Browne also teaches meditation, yogic philosophy and provides yoga workshops for teachers and students aiming to integrate more esoteric yogic philosophy into their practice. She is also a Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner.
