Born in Milan on 15th august 1974
begun practicing yoga at 7 years old on a summer vacation, from that time I fell in love with yoga and kept on practicing with several different teachers and methods including Iyengar, Kundalini, Ashtanga Vinyasa. In the last few years I concentrated on the practice of Ashtanga vinyasa both in Italy and in Mysore, alongside with teaching hatha yoga in the last ten years at my studio.
In my studio I teach both lead classes and Mysore style classes.
I am available to travel to teach workshops on Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga topics like:
- Relation between Asana and Myths&legends of Vedic tradition (why that asana is named after that particular sage or deity)
- Handstands, arm balances and inversions as a way to find a deeper balance and to evolve the asana practice
- Backbendings as a way to open the heart to life and as counterposes of handstands and armbalance practice and to unleash the inner vital energy
- Twisting postures to expand the persona point of view and integrate the life's experiences
- Meditation as it was meant by Patanjali, different ways to Samadhi and how Samyama is possible in modern everyday life.
