About Ingrid Hauss Art&Renewal

Ingrid Hauss, founder of Art & Renewal works as artist, poet, presenter and teacher. Currently completing graduate studies in Art Education at the University of Victoria, she is a published author who presents and tours her interactive and interdisciplinary installations for physical wellness and creative renewal as artist in academic settings, business, retreats and adult education across Europe and North America. 

Individuals or group participants are invited to an embodied, contemplative experience. Rooted in kinesthetically based awareness, this artistic learning experience is adaptable for all ages and levels of physical ability. 

With training and over tweny years of teaching experience yoga, art, theatre and movement, Ingrid Hauss has infused her work with her inspirational and poetic approach to convey holistic ways to enhance creativity, wellness, greater health and productivity in work and life. Her interactive events in Art, Movement and Community is facilitated to calm the mind and relax the body. Each session or course seeks to provide a safe space for creative exploration while cultivating equanimity, renewal and deepen a sense of belonging to oneself and community. 

Ingrid's studio project, "Toward Renewal and Belonging:  Art, Movement and Community" will be introduced at the Global Congress for Art Education, 2019.
