About Rachel Ocean

Rachel is a Global Citizen born in Japan and raised across Europe and North America with a deep love for consciousness exploration, nature, and connecting people together. She is a Reiki Grand Master and passionate yogi certified as a 500hr RYT with Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 200, YACEP, learning from Himalayan Masters in the Yoga Capital of the world- Rishikesh, India. She loves guiding beginners and seasoned yoga students back home to their center.

Currently, Rachel is offering 50-hour and 100-hour Nada Yoga trainings with Himalayan Academy of Sound in Rishikesh, India.

Rachel has lead over 50 retreats nationally and internationally from intimate yoga groups to corporate teams of 200+ guests. Her passion continues to ignite by getting people out of their day-to-day life and connected back to the nature in some of the most incredible locations on the planet.

Hosting retreats since 2018 and working with large organizations such as WeWork and Spotify inspired her to take things a step further than just getting people together in the great outdoors, but to create lasting change throughout corporate business structure through environmental and sustainability education.

Rachel and her family are currently protecting over 500 acres of Primary Rainforest through their non-profit, Global Sustainability Collective, near their home in the most biologically intense place on earth, the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica.
