About Amanda Burks

Amanda enjoys designing thoughtful and creative sequences for her group classes, workshops, and private clients to help them explore novel movement patterns to feel better both mentally and physically. Amanda creates practices to empower every level of yoga practitioner.

As a life-long learner, Amanda always seeks to know more about the human body. To that end, she explores a variety of movement techniques in her teachings, including yoga with resistance bands and myofascial release practices, in addition to vinyasa flow. She also holds an advanced certification as a kettlebell specialist and teaches weekly classes that involve flowing with a kettlebell.

Amanda believes that yoga is for everyone and is a passionate advocate for inclusive yoga programs. With that aim, she regularly works with various schools and nonprofits to teach yoga to neurodivergent children and adults.
