I am a certified yoga teacher RYT 555 Multi-style, Ashtanga & Yin and WYS 200 Hatha & Ashtanga with more than 10 years of practice as a student.
Originally from Switzerland, I live in Asia since 2017, first in Singapore and now in Bali. Yoga changed my life and I like to share all the dimensions of this beautiful practice to give back what I received.
After my first certification, I quit everything to teach Yoga full time. I teach in Yoga centers, private classes, corporate classes and different styles of Yoga in person and online. As I like to collaborate and create new projects, I also recorded videos and teach for special events like festivals where I taught in front of 150 people.
I have been an assessor for the teaching exams of the RYT 300hrs and a Yoga specialist for an online plateform around wellness.
As a complement of my yoga education, I also achieved my Usui Reiki Master certification, a Singing bowl level 1 certification and a Traditional Balinese Massage certificate.
My self-practice is Ashtanga Mysore and I had the opportunity to receive Sharath Jois's teaching in Mysore in 2023.
My education, my practice and my way to teach is rooted in the tradition. However, I like to have fun on my mat!
