Hi! I'm Mili – an experienced yoga teacher and dedicated trauma release therapist. With a background in biology science, and a profound interest in unraveling the mysteries of life, I have spent the last decade immersing myself in the study of yoga, neuroscience, yoga philosophy, as well as various somatic practices.
Yoga changed my life and helped me realize my mission to lovingly guide and accompany other people in their processes of evolution and self-discovery. Through my holistic approach to teaching, I wish to inspire you and help you discover that yoga is not merely a physical practice but a comprehensive tool that enables us to attain optimal health, profound happiness, and lasting peace.
Drawing from my experiences of many years traveling across different countries and immersing myself in diverse cultures, I have grown to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of each individual's path.
My own personal journey and transformation led me to India, where I had the fortune to study with Acharya Vinay, who was born in a traditional Brahmin family having his initiation from one of the primary lineages of yoga and tantra.
With the blessing of my teacher, and following the Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul lineage, I created Jeevmoksha Yoga Tenerife & Bali and opened my own Yoga Studio, Moksha Yoga Tenerife.
