With over 14 years of experience, Tao discovered yoga in 2007 and was instantly drawn to its physical and spiritual benefits. Today, yoga is not just a practice for him but a way of life. He has trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Fascia Fitness, allowing him to integrate various techniques to facilitate the health, happiness, and freedom of his students and he has even had the privilege of learning directly from Sarah Powers, one of the founders of Yin Yoga.
Throughout his journey, Tao has traveled the world to learn and practice with teachers from diverse backgrounds, enriching his knowledge and experience in teaching. He brings integrity and clarity to his classes, inspired, and informed by the philosophy and history of yoga.
