I live yoga for 31 years now, since I went to Pune for the first time in 1991 - I was 16 years old and lived in an ashram for 5 years! My life became yoga and meditation, and it has been since then.
After many years living in ashrams and meditation centers around the world - in Australia, California and Norway, I came back to Brazil and graduated in Physical Education.
I spent the whole year of 2008 in Asia practicing and studying in India, Thailand and Taiwan: in Mysore I practiced with Saraswati and Sheshadri, in Goa with Ralph Naujkot, and in Rishikesh with several hatha teachers.
Back home I opened my school, Yoga Nilaya, which specializes in Teacher Trainings, Advanced Courses and Retreats. They happen in an amazing rural area of Southern Brazil, with excellent infrastructure, a place designed to bring the best yoga experience possible to each student.
Since 2016 every year I travel to India to study, and take groups of students in a special two week tour designed to yoga lovers.
My main areas of teaching are Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Scriptures, Sanskrit and Mantras.
Since 2020 I started on line courses which are an amazing possibility to study the main yoga scriptures without the physical limit.
