Alicia has been teaching yoga in the Annapolis area since 2000. She began her yoga studies at the Silver Lotus Institute where she received her 200 hour RYT and 500 Hour RYT. She received her Thai Yoga Massage Certification from the Thai Institute of Healing Arts and has taken numerous additional trainings in restorative yoga, yoga for cancer patients and care givers, yoga therapy, yoga for resiliency and yoga for trauma recovery. Alicia has recently added the Hot 26 & 2 (Bikram) series to her yoga repertoire.
Students of all levels are welcomed and encouraged to come to the mat to discover their strength, flexibility, resilience, balance and find healing.
