Hi all, my name is Sue. I have been practicing yoga at Yoga Y'all for a few years now and completed my teacher training here. Attending yoga classes led me back to my true self, and completing teacher training sparked a desire in me to share yoga with others. My passion is to include all bodies and ages in the ancient practice of Yoga. I came to Yoga a little later in life, it was my midlife restart. It changed my world!
