Avid fitness junkie, with a strong draw towards running, weights and horseback riding, she thrives to include yoga within this (sometimes strenuous) wonderful lifestyle of hers.
With a love towards vinyasa flows and "FitFlows", she also enjoys the benefits in mind and body within yin and gentle based practices. She is also a registered prenatal yoga teacher with MOGA yoga.
