Laure Sarah Thonier @lasahyoga is a Registered Yoga Teacher & YACEP with Yoga Alliance.
She has completed many various Teacher Trainings in Europe, under the guidance of renowned teachers such as, among others, Shiva Rea, Simon Park, Hiro Lanzaduri, Jason Crandell, David Swenson, David Garrigues, Mark Whitwell, Tatiana Avila-Bouru, Samuel Ganes. She often travels to India to broaden her knowledge of Yoga, settling in reputed places like the SRGS Ashram in Rishikesh or, more recently in Mysore, studying at the Sharath Yoga Centre.
She is currently teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Meditation, as well as breathing techniques (Spirothérapie) in Paris and its suburbs. She offers a wide range of classes, sharing her love of Yoga in studios and fitness clubs, as well as in corporations.
