She can Provide online classes as well as Practical classes since she has a school in Greece where she is taking 200 hours of teacher training Program for the People who want to be teachers, She studied yoga and has taken a diploma in hatha yoga at Rishikesh and Underwent through training in Dharamshala with teacher Alpesh who taught Iyengar techniques and methods in form of Hatha yoga. By learning with such a great teacher has been a blessing for her. She indeed wants to share her knowledge through this platform and grow the community of yoga together co-operating with good intentions and faith.
