Sarah (aka Coastie) is a Boston based yoga & fitness instructor. She found yoga as a college student in San Diego and she completed her yoga sculpt certification soon after. Since then she's also become an E-RYT 200 & completed her ACE Group Fitness certification. Sarah is passionate about giving back to the instructor community and she's leading her 10th round of teacher training this year. When she's not teaching in the studio, you can find her leading international yoga retreats & fitness adventures. She also leads private lessons, corporate classes & events.
Sarah is a firm believer that connection starts in the classroom. In order to lead out of studio events, you have to first be engaging your students through the classes you build & the messages you communicate. The Coastal Method is a collection of all of the knowledge Sarah has gathered in the yoga sculpt sequencing space over the past 4 years & it combines what she learned as a student in San Diego & in Boston.
Sarah's mission is to inspire yogis coast to coast & she believes that she is able to do this both through her classes & the trainings that she leads.
