About Ashley Tryba

Ashley has been practicing for almost 20 years and her practice and philosophy have grown with her. Her curiosity in yogic philosophy and theory led to multiple trainings, including a 200HR Training at Amrita Yoga and Wellness in Fishtown, as well as an alignment-based 200HR and 500HR training at Three Queens Yoga in Queen Village. She also holds a few trauma-informed yoga certifications from Transformation Yoga Project and a 95HR Kids’ Training from Grounded Kids Yoga. Ashley is now an assistant trainer at Three Queens and public/private teacher in the Philly area. She leads the Kids' + Family Yoga Programs at Three Queens Yoga in Queen Village, Philadelphia.

Through accessible, meaningful and fun classes, Ashley aims to empower yogis with all experiences of embodiment to breathe and or move in ways that remind them how powerful, flexible, and capable they are so when they get back out into the world, they feel inspired to make their best impact.

Financial Assistance

Scholarships

Apply for a scholarship or sponsor a student! The only way I was able to make a habit or career of Yoga in Philly was through scholarship + work-study. Scholarships are available for training, kids programming, classes, privates + more! Tell me what you’re interested in and let’s make it happen for you. As part of my practice, I do what I can to learn more + do better in making yoga and wellness equitable and accessible to all who are interested in studying with me. If you have constructive feedback for how I can make yoga more honoring and equitable, I would love to hear from you. If you want to see more equity and diversity in yoga/wellness, please consider sponsoring yoga students to take classes, workshops or trainings. Please fill out this form for more information!

Work Exchange Programs

Trainee mentorships and trainings can be worked out on an individual basis. If you are interested in studying with me and cost is a barrier, please do not hesitate to reach out! I am confident in our ability to work something out that feels like a win/win! :)
