JC De Leon was introduced to Yoga principles and philosophy by his mother at a very young age and he has since studied and practiced various forms of meditation and spiritual modalities.
JC sincerely believes that if everyone practiced Yoga, the world would be an even better place so he founded Konscious Spirit Yoga to share the different paths of Yoga to various communities and sectors, as well as co-founded Enlight PH, a collective of spiritual teachers based in the Philippines. He is also the co-director of Medicale Yoga Institute, whose aim is to bring teacher trainings only available abroad, to the Philippines. He also leads Kirtans with equal fervor, what with his love for music, more so entwined with the divine.
Besides Yoga, JC is also a lifelong martial artist. From a graceful calm practice to fierce dynamic movements, his extensive background in various disciplines allow him to express a wisdom between the extremes and it is his passion and advocacy to share this balance with everyone.
