My first introduction to yoga was when I was 3-4 Years old. My mother used to read the ancient texts to me as a form of storytelling where the concept of yoga mentioned in context of meditation. I would consider my mother a yogi as well because she never ever skipped her evening mantra japa.
Since then I’ve known yoga to be a profound spiritual practice not physical. My introduction to physical aspects of yoga was at the age of thirteen and since then I have immersed myself in it wholeheartedly.
My teaching focuses on finding one’s true nature by exploring different corners of the mind, body through practice and cultivating a formless & warrior mindset that enables you to overcome difficulties and grow.
