Hervé Blondon (Swami Premananda Saraswati), founder of the Satyam Hatha yoga school of Montreal (Quebec, Canada) is an E-RYT500 certified teacher from the Satyananda Institute (Nepal) and Open Sky Yoga (Rochester). In 2002, Hervé met his first teacher in Nepal, Sannyasin Vishnuswaroop. Reached by Vishnuswaroop’s authentic way of teaching yoga in the context of modern life, he learned yoga and meditation in sacred places of the Kathmandu Valley, from temples to pilgrimage sites and cremation gats. He came back to Montreal with knowledge regarding the chakras and esoteric bodies. Not losing himself in vague debate and conceptions, Hervé attends to the impact of these teachings on day to day life.
