NEW MEXICO RYT 200 YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CURRICULUM

FASCIAL STRETCH TRACK RYT 200 YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Our New Mexico Yoga Teacher Training program and CEU Workshops were designed by director and E-RYT lead instructor, Marianne Mohr to educate teacher trainees on yoga physiology, fascia and bio-mechanical patterning. Fascia is the connective tissue or "scaffolding network" that wraps internal structures, muscles & organs in the human body. It can become restricted due to injury, overuse, trauma, aging decline or  inactivity. Fascial dysfunction results in pain, muscle tension, diminished blood flow and reduced health. Myofascial release through Fascia Stretch Yoga, improves these dysfunctions, deepens yoga practice and stimulates the body to restore health. Other physiological factors of a range of connective tissue which affect yoga function and benefits are covered in the comprehensive curriculum.

Our Continuing Education Program offers 10 hour immersive sessions to accomplish 10 contact hours required by Yoga Alliance. Various specific topics are covered in 18 different dates yearly between May - October.
