I received my masters degree in Electronic Engineering in 2007, and after 8 years working for a major IT corporation, I decided to change my career.
I realized my major passion was in holistic approach, and I pursued training in yoga and massages.
I now teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation.
I also got a Master's Degree in Mindfulness MBSR Protocol from the University of La Sapienza of Rome, recognized by the UC San Diego Centre for Mindfulness.
My vision is to make yoga accessible for everybody, and to give students options during each class, from the easiest ones to the most advanced variations.
I believe that yoga is also a moment of joy and fun, in which we are able to facilitate a deeper connection with our own true self.
I love staying in contact with the nature, go surfing, traveling around the world and creating a positive connection with people and their different cultural background.
Diversity and compassion is part of my personal path and for this reason it is also part of each of my classes and massages.
